Do I need headphones?
No, headphones are optional. The bowls sound lovely on speakers. For the full effect of the binaural beats, wear headphones so each ear gets its own tone.
How do I join Candlelight Bowls?
Candlelight Bowls is live on Google Meet every Friday, 7:00–7:30 PM Pacific, and free for members. Tap Sign up (or email hello@bowlsandbeats.com) once, and you'll get the Meet link and a reminder every Friday.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Bowls and Beats.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The sound stopped when my screen locked.
Check that your phone isn't on silent and that Low Power Mode is off, then start the session again. If it keeps happening, email us.
