Bowls and Beats Chakra Studio

Each ear gets a slightly different tone. Your brain hears the gap between them as a slow pulse: the beat.

Chakras

Each chakra sets the base tone to its solfeggio frequency. Your beat stays as it is, so you can pair a chakra with any band.

Singing bowls

Tap a bowl to strike it. Each is tuned to its chakra's frequency and rings in both ears, on top of the beat. Bowls play even when the tones are stopped.

60%

Strikes the selected bowl while a session plays.

Chakra sweep

All seven bowls, one every 5 seconds. Tap again to stop.

10.0 Hz

The difference between the ears. This is the number that sets the band.

200 Hz

The pitch you actually hear. Lower is warmer. The beat is easiest to perceive between 100 and 500 Hz.

30%

Keep it low. The effect does not get stronger when it's louder.

Off

A soft bed under the tones. Makes long sessions easier on the ears.

Fades out gently over the last 15 seconds.

Chanting

Choose a mantra and chant along. A soft drone holds your pitch, tuned to your chakra. Each word lights up in time, and the mala counts to 108.

Mala0 / 108

When the mala reaches 108, your chakra bowl rings once to close.

    Good to know

Headphones are optional. The bowls sound lovely on speakers. For the full effect of the beats, wear headphones, so each ear gets its own tone.

Skip it while driving or doing anything that needs full attention, and check with a doctor first if you have epilepsy or a seizure history.
